Every chassis is detailed with three appendices of Specifications, Modifications, and Chassis Numbers; the book was issued in a Limited edition of 200. This is an unnumbered ‘Author’s Proof’ published in 2011, 265pp, bound in black cloth with gilt titles. Unread condition.
