The Model A, with Lincoln-influenced styling, marked a clear step forward in design. This 1928 Sport Coupe is elegant, yet sporty. As stated in period Ford brochures, this design combines the smartness of the Roadster with the advantages of a closed car.

This example is smartly presented with its beige cloth-covered roof, landau irons and rumble seat. Other desirable features include an optional cloth-covered sun visor, a rear-mounted spare tire with adjoining bumperettes, dual mirrors, radiator ornament and an electric windshield wiper. Passenger accommodations include brown cloth upholstery and matching carpet.

This is reported to be a well-sorted, great running car. It has scored 493 points out of a possible 500 at a Model A Restorers Club Convention. Appealing two-tone paint with black painted wire wheels and blackwall tires provide a fitting period presentation.
