Chassis no. A1728789

200.5-cid, 40-hp inline L-head four-cylinder engine, three-speed manual transmission, solid front axle and live rear axle with transverse semi-elliptic leaf springs, and four-wheel mechanical drum brakes. Wheelbase: 103-inches

In June 1930, Ford introduced a new cab, Style 82-B, for the pickup model. The new style was a bit lower overall, and had rounded corners all around, and like the other 1930 models, had a smooth cowl without the coupe pillar. Model A “commercial cars” typically had a plain steel radiator shell and headlamps, painted black, rather than the stainless items on passenger cars.

This Style 82-B pickup is painted metallic green with black fenders, and has the correct black steel commercial radiator shell. All contours and paint are very good, although the brightwork is a bit dull. It has black vinyl seats, with a few stains, pickup bed with varnished wood floor, and an accessory MotoMeter. The headlights have been converted to sealed beams for safer driving at night. The engine appears to be sourced from a 1929 model.
