This Cadillac Allante utilizes a 4.5-liter, 200-hp V-8 engine that is coupled to a four-speed automatic transmission. The interior has a cassette/CD player, leather upholstery and many power convenience options. The convertible is a two-seater, with front-wheel drive and front engine. The hood and trunk lids are aluminum, while the rest of the body is steel. Four-wheel disc brakes with Bosch ABS aid stopping. The Allante has superior handling with specially tuned independent four-wheel suspension. With a body by Pininfarina, this 1992 Cadillac Allante Roadster was assembled in Turin, Italy, using the Italian body design and U.S. components.
