This 1960 Ford Thunderbird is powered by the Y-code Thunderbird Special V-8. The engine is 352-cid with 300-hp and connected to an automatic transmission. The engine has a Holley four-barrel carburetor assisting the boost in power available. This example has less than 55,000 miles on the odometer, wire wheels, white walls; power steering and brakes. This is a four passenger hard top coupe that is the last year of the “Square Birds” look with the sculptured fender and body lines. The grille is patterned after the ’57 Thunderbird. For 1960 the Thunderbird script appeared on the door.
