This original artwork features Amelia Island honoree, Jacky Ickx, along with several significant cars of his racing career. The cars include the John Wyer Gulf Ford GT40 with which he and Jackie Oliver won the 24 Hours of Le Mans 50 years ago this year, the 1982 Le Mans-winning Porsche 956, the Paris-Dakar Mercedes-Benz G Class, the 1979 Can Am Championship-winning Lola T333, the Ferrari 312 PB he shared with Mario Andretti to win the 1972 12 Hours of Sebring, and the Ferrari 312 Formula 1 in which he won the 1968 French Grand Prix.

The work is by noted artist, Chuck Queener of Stamford, Connecticut. A native of Miami, Florida, Chuck attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. He was also a driving instructor at the Jim Russell International Racing Driver’s School. He worked as art director for both Motor Trend and Road & Track Magazines and was the founding editor of Cavallino Magazine. His client list includes Ferrari of North America, BMW of North America, The Rolex Historic Races, and Automobile Magazine. Chuck's artwork has won numerous awards worldwide.
