The Buick Riviera redefined the “personal luxury” car market. Developed under the close guidance of Bill Mitchell and introduced for the 1963 model year, the Riviera remains universally recognized as a watershed of modern automotive design. The high performance Gran Sport model, released in 1965, was equipped with a 360 horsepower, 425 cubic inch displacement V-8 engine, and Buick advertised it as “An iron fist in a velvet glove.”

This example is reported as being in "original from new" condition. It is presented in Sahara Mist and also has a beige vinyl interior tha is quite luxurious. Its four bucket seat arrangement is complemented neatly with a distinctly designed center console. Other additional features include factory air conditioning, walnut trim on the console and side panels; beige vinyl top, sport wheels, white line tires, tilt steering wheel and AM/FM radio; as well as power steering, brakes, windows and seats.
