Ford introduced the Falcon Futura Sprint as a mid-year model in 1963. Priced at $2,603.00, 19,479 were sold in a shortened model year. Sprints included a heavier frame with a firmer suspension, chromed rocker moldings, special emblems, dash-mounted tachometer, and most importantly . . . a 164-hp, 260-cid V-8. The V-8 was treated to a less restrictive chrome air cleaner, chrome valve covers and oil filler, flow-through mufflers and special decals. Interiors mirrored the 4-bucket seat styling found on Futura Sport models.

With just 35,000 actual miles, this Rangoon Red Sprint is described as having great paint and chrome along with excellent panel fit and a very clean engine bay and undercarriage. It is fitted with BF Goodrich tires on Torque Thrust wheels, power steering, and a dealer-installed 4-bbl carburetor.
