When the Mark V replaced the Mark IV in 1977, possibly the most significant change was the downsizing of engine options with the standard 460-cid replaced by a significantly smaller 400-cid. The 460 was kept, however, as a factory option. Aesthetically, the Mark V was also revised; described as ‘sculptured styling’, designers put the creases back into the Lincoln using long, straight, knife-edge lines. The Emilio Pucci logo came as a part of the tri-tone stripes. While the three other special editions came with turbine-style cast aluminum wheels the Pucci’s were equipped with wire wheel covers. The interior is stylish with its white leather and vinyl interior contrasted with its midnight blue accents. Externally this automobile is quite appealing with its Moondust Metallic paint.
