Chevrolet’s response to the resounding success and creation of the pony car segment by the Mustang came as a 1967 model, the Camaro. Inexpensive and lightweight, the Camaro was an immediate hit, helped in no small part by Chevy’s array of engines, transmissions and a nearly endless options list that let buyers precisely tailor their Camaro to both their needs and their pocketbooks. From bare-bones price leaders with 140 horsepower six-cylinder power, to fully decked-out, power-everything, RS/SS’s with 396 cubic inch, 375 horsepower four-speed muscle, there was a Camaro for everyone.

This particular Camaro is an RS/SS, combining the RS appearance package with hidden headlights, revised taillights with back-up lights and exterior rocker trim, with the SS package featuring non-functional air inlets in the hood, special striping and special SS badging. Finished in Ermine White with black striping, the paint is in phenomenal condition and is accented nicely by a black vinyl top. It is powered by a 350-cid V-8 engine and four-speed manual transmission. The interior is also in excellent condition finished in red. Optioned nicely, this Camaro features air conditioning, the special instrument package with gauges for amps, temperature, oil pressure, fuel, clock and tachometer, and a radio. Rally wheels with redline tires are a perfect detail for this Camaro. The owner reports 40,000 miles on this outstanding musclecar.
