The Beetle underwent significant changes for the 1967 model. While the car appeared similar to earlier models, much of the drivetrain was noticeably upgraded. Some of the changes included a larger-displacement engine for the second year in a row. Horsepower had been increased to 50-hp the previous year, and for 1967 it was increased even more, to 54-hp.
This example is said to be an original documented single family California car and has the following attributes; roof rack, fender-shirts, eyelash headlight bezels, mud flaps, and chrome VW wheels with wide white wall tires. Numbers matching, original keys, invoice, and warrant.
