Offered here is a pair of winglets that were once fitted to a Ferrari 412 T2 driven by the Scuderia for the 1995 Formula 1 World Championships.
These left Scuderia Ferrari’s ownership in 2005 when they were offered at the Sotheby’s at Ferrari auction, held at the Fiorano circuit on June 28, 2005. As per the auction catalog, these were fitted to the 412 T2 driven by Jean Alesi to second place at the 1995 British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
Following their sale at auction, they were offered as a prize as part of a magazine competition a few years later, where they were won by the consignor. An interesting piece of Scuderia Ferrari memorabilia from a season where the fabled team placed third in the Constructors’ Championship, these winglets would be a compelling addition to any collection.
