Endurance challenges including the Nürburgring 500 KM, the 9 Hours of Kyalami, and the 12 Hours of Reims were confronted with ease by this works-prepared chassis, but no race in history is as storied as the 24 Hours of Le Mans. With its lightweight bodywork and twin-cam Gordini-Renault powerplant, this example proudly represented French racing at the 24 Hours of Le Mans three times from 1967 to 1969 and won its class twice.
