The Marquette was a short-lived Buick model that was meant to companion the successful Pontiac and LaSalle lines that had been introduced by Oakland and Cadillac.

This Marquette is a Model 35 phaeton that began life as a four-door sedan. The conversion work is executed in a fine manner and will make a wonderful car to utilize for touring and as a parade car. This car is powered by a 213-cid, L-head six-cylinder engine that produces approximately 70 horsepower. The Marquette has many eye-catching appointments that include wood-spoke wheels with whitewall tires, rear trunk rack with accessory trunk, driving lights, dual sidemounts with chrome hard covers and pedestal mirrors, motometer, cowllights and windshield wind wings.
