This jewel has never been restored and is a true time capsule from the late 1950s. It has had the same owner for the last 50 years and has completely documented history since 1956. The car, including paint, is mostly original and the mileage of 43,584 is documented as actual. The car is heavily equipped with very rare options including the RCA Victor 45-RPM record player (dealer installed, but a factory player). The Super Ram 315 cubic inch engine which was originally a four-barrel carburetor has been converted to a tri-power system. Other options include push-button automatic transmission, factory radio with rear speakers, heater, Airform rear seat dash mounted “Miles Per Gallon” gauge, stone shields, backup lights, left and right outside mirrors, hood ornament, fin end chrome caps, Lancer Wheel Covers, variable windshield wipers, windshield washer, quarter panel chevrons, electric clock and the convenience group. Original tires, correct car cover and manuals are in the trunk. Purchase also includes service records from 1960, RCA Victor 45 RPM Extended Play Record Album from 1955, original Owner’s Service Certificate dated 7/30/56, Dealer Service R.O. dated 5/10/56, Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price label listing all options, and a Total Vehicle Price of $3,523.90. This is without question the finest low-mileage, non-restored, highly-optioned example in existence with all the important “pedigree” verification included with the purchase.
