Specifications: 249 cc SOHC single, five speeds.
Built as a labour of love, this handsome red and silver 250 GP replica looks to have been finished with the requisite attention to detail. Constructed to competition specs, the big-valve 250-cc SOHC engine features twin plugs, a single Dell’Orto PHF32CS pumper carburettor, five-speed gearbox, straight-cut primary gears and a competition clutch. It features a full fairing, Veglia tachometer, clip-on bars, rear sets, twin leading-shoe front brake and a left-side gear change. Furthermore it has a Conti megaphone exhaust as well as a quick-release fibreglass fuel tank.
The forks are by Ceriani and support the 18-inch Borrani alloy rims. Finished in silver, red and green paint, it has been extremely well maintained. Aside from its beautiful presentation, this competition Ducati would also make for an exciting lightweight racer.
