Addendum
Please note the parts photographed do not accompany this lot but rather Lot 267. Lot 268 consists of solely the engine and its stand.
A fine spare or display piece for any collector of Brass Era Pierce-Arrows, this intact Model 66 engine demonstrates the massive, powerful impressiveness of what was the world’s largest production automobile powerplant. By serial number, it is a Model 66-A-3 engine produced as part of the 1915 model year. It was acquired by its current owner from the famous Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum, where it had been on display for many years. This is one of the most desirable and difficult to locate of all Brass Era engines.
