In a world of modern concours restorations, it is sometimes difficult to recall what factory original cars looked like. This Super DeLuxe Business Coupe offers the opportunity to sit behind the wheel of a vintage Ford and experience many original features along with the driving experience. The interior sports correct mohair seat covers and door panels, along with gauges and correct instrumentation. The engine bay is similar in many ways, having retained vintage style plug wires and several other unchanged components. The block has been painted but not overly detailed. The underside has been paint-detailed, resulting in excellent preservation but little alteration from the original-type finish. Overall, this is a truly honest, largely unaltered example, down to the original owner’s manual with handwritten notes still found in the glove box. It is refreshing to experience a survivor and this Ford offers that opportunity.
