Confirmed by a Bell Certificate of Authenticity, this helmet was worn by Michael Schumacher in 1989, when he was racing in the German Formula 3 Championship. Schumacher scored 163 points in the Drivers' Championship, tied second with Heinz-Harald Frentzen, and just one point shy of Karl Wendlinger, who won that year.
