Driving a Brabham BT33, Graham Hill finished a sixth and scored a valuable point for Bernie Eccelstone’s Motor Racing Developments Ltd. team, otherwise known as Brabham. Starting from 14th on the grid, it was a fine drive with Hill overtaking drivers such as Ickx (Ferrari), Regazzoni (Ferrari) and Cevert (Tyrrell).
