Graham Hill was guest of honor, along with Brabham, Stewart and Surtees, at the World Sporting Club’s Dinner-Boxing Evening of 23 March 1970 held in the Great Room of Grosvenor House on Park Lane. The club was one of the top boxing promoters in the period but gifted this Salver to Hill ‘for twice being World Champion and five times winner of the Monaco Grand Prix’.
