Produced by the Briggs & Stratton Co. of Milwaukee from 1919 to 1924, the Briggs & Stratton Motor Wheel was used as a fuel source to power bicycles and small scooters. This particular example, painted a brilliant red, is attached to a National brand bicycle, also painted a matching vibrant red.
