This Porsche has been driven and enjoyed in a manner that belies the miles; it has been well-cared-for and maintained. This is reported as a two-owner car that is in original, unrestored, condition and said to be 90-percent original, including the factory original paint in code 550 Linen Gray Metallic. It is #553 of only 639 Porsche 930 Turbo Coupes produced in the final year. The interior is QM Silk Gray with full leather. It is stated that no leather has been replaced and the sport bolster seats are near perfect and there are no dash cracks.

Among the equipment is code(s) CO2 USA model, 018 raised hub steering wheel, 139 seat heating-left, 158 cassette Reno radio, 195 cell phone prep package, 220 limited-slip differential, 243 short shifter, 340 seat heating-right, 383 sports seat-left, 387 sport seat-right, 494 amplifier system, 650 sunroof and 975 velour carpet-front trunk. The factory Fuchs wheels measure 7 x 16 in front and 9 x 16 in the rear. Performance upgrades include Electromotive HPV-1 crank-fire twin spark plug, Turbonetics “big” turbo, Andial intercooler, one-bar wastegate spring, VDO 935 boost gauge, Haltech AF-30 air/fuel mixture indicator, turbo timer, Fabspeed stainless steel muffler and headers with heat, and Quaife G-50 LSD five-speed, upgraded sway bars, whole system battery shutoff with new 900CCA battery, plus the air conditioning is upgraded to 134A.

The Porsche has a clean Carfax with no dents, no accidents, no rust (ever), no sheetmetal replaced, all VIN stickers are in place in their appropriate locations, and it does exhibit some touch-up detailing. This Porsche is also accompanied by all of its books, service records, original tool kit, original tire inflator, and two keys. The five-speed transmission was a one-year-only offering for the 930. These cars have a look that precedes their reputation. With the distinctive “whale tail” and a record of racing merit; the Porsche is easy to enjoy and cherish.
