- Reported to be in great running and driving condition – 67,000 original miles – nice older restoration with recent mechanical upgrades – smooth and quiet at speed
- Recent work performed includes fuel pumps, lines, fuel tank lined with polymer, complete wiring harness, carburetors rebuilt, starter rebuilt, heaters rebuilt, electric systems checked and components replaced as necessary, brakes rebuilt and relined, suspension bushings replaced, steering box and linkage rebuilt, complete new exhaust system, radiator re-cored, engine and entire undercarriage cleaned, all rubber parts and hoses replaced, all gauges checked, front end aligned
- Cosmetically, the paint is older but presentable, as is the interior, which is unfortunately blemished by moth holes - chrome is respectable and the engine bay is quite clean
- Car was sold new to a woman of wealth - driven and maintained by chauffeur for approximately seven years - the Cadillac then passed to various collections, including museums in Austria and elsewhere in Europe - came back to a private collection in the United States in the late 1970s
- Full Classic status with the Classic Car Club of America (CCCA) – great for touring – low number of Series 90 cars were built by Cadillac in 1938
