- This 16th series Packard has a well-cared-for older restoration that runs and drives very nicely. It is a two-door, four passenger coupe with rumble seat.
- The V-12 engine is 473-cid, 175-hp and is joined to a three-speed floor-shift manual transmission. The engine bay is cleanly presented.
- Among the many features are dual sidemounts with metal covers, skirted fenders, Trippe lights, bullet-shaped head and taillights, twin golf bag doors, trunk rack, wide whitewall tires, hood side louvers that are functional and visually appealing and comorant hood-ornament.
- The interior is cloth with tufted door panels, and is highlighted by a stylish instrument panel with gauges and clock.
- Only 566 V-12 Packard’s were built in 1938. It is recognized as a Full Classic by the Classic Car Club of America.
