The Corvette for 1963 was so different from the previous year that it is almost hard to call them related. The styling was bold and unlike anything else on the road. This new Corvette had hidden headlights but no trunk, the side coves were gone but the lines of the new car made them look quaint and outdated anyway. Although the powertrain offerings were the same as the year before, the new chassis they were placed in almost made them seem like updates. The better balance and indepependent rear suspension made the car more pleasant to drive on the street and more competitive at the track.
The blue roadster you see here offers the best of everything. It has the fuel injected 327 with a four speed manual transmission, a black interior and an optional hardtop finished in blue. Highly detailed inside and out, top to bottom this blue chip investment shows slightly over 33,000 miles on the odometer. Very rare radio delete, metallic brakes, 4.11 rear.
