This motorcycle has been famously pictured in front of the United States Capitol building with Ben Nighthorse Campbell, the United States Senator from Colorado (1993-2005). Also, a United States Congressman from Colorado (1987-1993). Senator Campbell owned a variety of Harley-Davidson motorcycles over the years and was a strong advocate for motorcyclists in any number of rights and causes. This historic bike was shown six times in five states during 2001, where it won first prize and "Best of Show" each time. These include the Baltimore Budweiser International and the Sturgis Rally.

Stars and Stripes paint pattern was applied by airbursh for President Bush's Inaugural festivities of 2001. A commemorative United States seal on the wind fairing highlights the $10,000 hand painted American battle flag motif paint. This outstanding bike has a molded frame, a Stage II - 95-cid engine with hexed barrels and automatic cooling fan, braided stainless cables and wires, powder coated and polished cases, rims and frame, plus air horns and red lights. This Harley-Davidson even has the 54th Presidential Inaugural license plate and was featured in the November issue of Easy Rider magazine during this period.
