This example is one of only a few Pans believed to be in existence. It has a four–cylinder engine with a Zenith carburetor and has 3,440 miles showing on the odometer. The car appears to be fairly original with a unique body and etched windows on the rear of the touring top. This is a car that may be best served if cleaned up and left in its current state. There is a lot of history behind this cars original promoter. He had many run ins with the Security and Exchange for selling stock in his company and numerous other problems with the law. This car has been in storage; therefore it should be thoroughly gone through before putting it on the road.
