This 1965 Mercedes Benz 220S “Fintail” Sedan would be a pleasure to drive with the luxuries offered from Mercedes-Benz this model year. Although Mercedes-Benz never regarded these cars as a “Fintail”, the name caught on quickly due to the noticeable American-style fins protruding from the rear of the sedans. This sedan is equipped with a 2.2-liter inline six-cylinder engine with an automatic transmission. Other options include power steering, power brakes and dual carburetors from the factory. The deep burgundy paint contrasts nicely with the tan interior. This Mercedes-Benz has undergone a complete cosmetic restoration, and still retains its entire original interior.
