Mr. Burgess a former Dirt Track Racer himself was well known for his spontaneous watercolor portrayals of the American Auto Racing scene of the 1920'S and 1930'S. Now deceased his wonderful paintings are great examples of by gone days. In 1983 he was one of the five founding members of the AFAS.
