Mr. Harvey born in Jamaica in 1937, was interested in cars as a youngster and did his first painting at the age of nine. He worked in an independent design studio in England for 14 years, rising to Chief Designer, then migrated to Florida where he began his freelance career. His consuming interest is automotive illustration.
