  • An excellent performer by the standards of the day, the Cadillac's 98-cid, 6.5-hp single-cylinder engine ("Little Hercules") was mounted on the left beneath the front seat and drove through a two-speed-plus-reverse planetary transmission by chain drive to the rear axle. The car gained a reputation for reliability, ease, economy of maintenance, and remarkable pulling and climbing capability. Approximately 1,800 Cadillac’s of this type were built of their 2,497 total cars produced. This model of car sold for $850 when new.

This example is freshly restored and has been driven little since. It is beautifully presented in two-tone that features burgundy as its primary color with black trim and black leather interior. The 12-spoke wood wheels are fitted with white tires and the Cadillac has many eye-catching brass components. These include a Phare Solar front driving light, side lamps, rear taillight, wheel-hub caps, hinges and latches, front handrail, along with steering column and steering wheel center hub.
