This Charger represents one of 119 that were built in 1969 with the 426-cid, 425-hp V-8 J-code Hemi engine. This example has a four-speed manual transmission; one of just 15 reported to have been built. And by being painted color code W1, White, it is thought to be the only White, four-speed produced. Red interior and tail stripe contribute greatly to the presentation of this desirable machine. This solid Dodge platform received a rotisserie restoration to original equipment standards and was featured in the September/October 1994 issue of “Mopar Muscle” magazine. Amongst other print media, it appears in ‘Hemi Muscle Cars” by Robert Genat.

Other features of this one year only Hemi Charger include Super Track Pack, bucket seats, console, AM radio, hood turn signals, wood grain steering wheels, power disc brakes and the tachometer/clock dual instrument. This is sometimes referred to as a tic-toc-tach by enthusiasts. The extensive documentation includes broadcast sheet, original fender and vin tags, owner history, owner’s manual and correct date codes on the carburetors, rear end, distributor, radiator and engine components.
