This car is thought to be a nicely executed home-built with a rear-mounted small-block Chevrolet connected to a two-speed Halibrand H-2210 gearbox with Lobro half-shafts. The open-wheel. single-seater has Hilborn fuel-injection, an NHRA approved “blast-proof” bell-housing, Vertex magneto, Weaver Brothers dry-oiling sump, period wheels, brake calipers and master cylinders; pedals and steering rack. The rear-engine car has a Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) sticker on the windshield, indicating historic racing track time is part of this car’s past.
