Jaguar introduced the E-Type Series III in 1971. Carrying on the tradition of the Series I and II, this iconic car was one of the premier British sports car offerings of the time period. New to the E-Type for the Series III was a V-12 engine that was originally developed for Le Mans. Period testing rated the engine at 272-hp, capable of a sub seven second 0 to 60-mph time - impressive for the time period. The Jaguar E-Type Series III was produced through 1974, during which time 7,990 examples were produced.

This 1974 Jaguar E-Type Series III V-12 Roadster has had a professional restoration to show quality standards. It has reportedly only driven about 100-miles since completion of the restoration and stored in a climate controlled garage. It is presented in British Racing Green with a tan convertible top. The car rides on thin whitewall tires which are mounted on wire wheels. The Jaguar is powered by a 5343-cc, 272-hp V-12 engine which is paired to a four-speed manual transmission. The interior of the car features tan bucket seats, full instrumentation and an aftermarket Sony radio unit. Included with the car is the original operating, maintenance, and service handbook.
