Presented in a two-tone Dawn Blue and Oyster White finish with a black interior, this New Yorker Town & Country Wagon is powered by a stout 413-cid four-barrel carb V-8 engine that is paired with a pushbutton automatic transmission. This model proved that in the early 1960s, a station wagon could be an impressive vehicle without compromising its hardy, practical character. By day, it was known as a spacious carry-all with 95 cubic feet of cargo space. By night, the sleek hardtop styling proclaimed its place as a luxurious passenger automobile, fully at ease – even at the most formal of function. The New Yorker Wagon played both roles with equal aplomb.

This gorgeous four-door hardtop is reported to have one repaint from new and is fitted with a chrome luggage rack. It is generously equipped with power steering, power brakes and dual exhaust. Options include a stunning black vinyl upholstery, front and rear air conditioning, power windows, "golden touch" AM radio, clock and a dome-inspired dash ensemble complemented with full instrumentation and an extraordinary steering wheel partially finished in clear acrylic. Four new whitewall radial tires mounted on later model New Yorker chrome road wheels are intended to further improve the appearance of this outstanding wagon which runs and drives in an excellent manner.
