The Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV was introduced in 1971, exclusively in Europe. These cars would not appear in the U.S. market until 1972. The reason for the late arrival was emissions, but Alfa Romeo was able to rid their car of most emission issues by using SPICA fuel injection. The GTV was sold in America until 1974 when regulations for bumpers and emissions were stiffened yet again; but in Europe, it was sold until 1977.

This GTV benefits from a recent repaint that was completed in white about a year ago. The Alfa is rolling on Cromodora wheels wrapped in Pirelli tires. The black interior shows well and has contoured bucket seats and an AM/FM radio. Under the bonnet is a 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder engine that is connected to a five-speed manual shifting transmission.
