Starting its life as a racecar in the early ‘60s, this Austin-Healey began racing at Road America and in the Midwest. Receiving a complete restoration in 2004 by Sports Car Services this car shows wonderfully and is always stored indoors. A 2.8-liter engine modified to a full race trim with four-speed manual transmission with electric overdrive powers the Austin-Healey. Safety was a high-priority, as it always should be, so it was outfitted with a rollbar, a five-point race harness, fire suppression system and a closed-cell fuel tank. It was last raced in May of 2012 and held its class lap record for several years at Road America in the 1960s. Included with the sale are an extra set of wire wheels and race tires and some additional spare parts.

The Austin-Healey is transported in a 2004 Pace American Shadow trailer, this enclosed unit has a double-axle, side access door and the rear is hinged at the bottom to open and act as a ramp. This trailer will also be included in the sale of the racecar, so you can head to your favorite track as soon as possible.
