1967 marked the first redesign of the Mustang since its inception. Changes were made to fit a big-block V-8 engine as well as increasing the overall size, interior and cargo space. Exterior changes consisted of concave taillights and the addition of side scoops along with square side view mirrors. This particular Mustang is powered by a 200-cid, 129-hp Thriftpower inline six-cylinder engine and three-speed automatic transmission. It is owned by the same family since new and includes the original owner’s manual. This car was special ordered with Palomino interior and a white vinyl top that accents its beautiful red paint nicely. While not needed at this time, the extensive supply of NOS parts available on the current market at affordable pricing make Mustangs of this era an excellent entry-level collector car to enjoy or fully restore.
