Circa 1900. A very early pull toy. Hand painted tin sailboat with wooden mast and original cloth sail. Female bisque figure with balloon aloft & two additional quite young, energetic, hand painted bisque children with glass eyes along for the sail. A great deal of the charm of this toy lies in the older sister's "put upon" expression in dealing with her young siblings in the boat. Some paint flaking to the boat sides.
