The long-awaited new design for the Cadillac Eldorado was well-received. Cadillac was confident that the Eldorado was a styling masterpiece as individualized as the motorist for whom it was created. It signifies the first production front-wheel drive platform from Cadillac.

This lovely Eldorado is a 40,000 original mile, two-owner car that is equipped with air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, remote driver’s side mirror; power seat, windows, steering and brakes. The tan exterior is nicely complemented by saddle interior, an optional vinyl roof and optional whitewall tires. Power is plentiful with a 429-cid, 340-hp V-8 that is mated to an automatic transmission. The Fleetwood-bodied Eldorado was advertised in period as “World’s finest personal car.”
