The 1969 Z28 is undoubtedly the most sought after Camaro of all time. This example has been the recent recipient of a three year, nut-and-bolt, rotisserie restoration to show standards with attention to detail throughout. Today, the vehicle remains in like-new condition.

This spectacular Camaro features a rebuilt DZ302 engine with dual-quad, cross-ram carburetors and the correct factory smog system. Like the engine, the Muncie four-speed manual transmission and 3.73:1 Posi-traction rear end have been fully rebuilt and detailed per factory specifications. Additionally, this car has the very rare JL8 four-wheel disc brake set-up which includes larger front brakes, line and calipers. The factory original rims are rolling on a set of new Goodyear tires. The chassis, like the engine bay has been restored to exacting original standards and correctly re-finished in stock factory gray primer with all of the correct factory markings and tags with just a touch of yellow overspray-just like they did at the factory in 1969.

The exterior has been refinished in the factory colors of Daytona Yellow with a black vinyl top and complementing black stripes. The interior features new, custom black bucket seats with a wood grain dash and console. It is equipped with nearly all of the factory options including Rally Sport package, power steering, power brakes, rear window defroster, sport steering wheel, Rally gauge package with the 7000-rpm tachometer and an AM pushbutton radio.
