This 1970 Camaro is the creation of Herb Adams. Mr. Adams was an engineer for Pontiac and involved in the development of the Trans Am Super Duty engine packages. After leaving Pontiac in 1973, Herb Adams continued creating F-body chassis upgrades independently of the factory. This is one of a few Camaros equipped with Herb Adams Stage II Cheverra Very Special Equipment (VSE) components. The engine is RPO L65 with 350-cid, 250-hp and the transmission is a M20 Muncie four-speed manual. The Cheverra upgrades include, special suspension components, large-diameter rollbar, VSE fender flares, L88-style fiberglass hood and signature Cheverra all-fiberglass "whale tail" deck lid. The VSE Cheverra has been completely restored with photo documentation that includes a 17-page inspection report by noted Camaro expert, Wayne Guinn, of Guinn's Engineering. This offering is an incredible piece of Camaro history.
