This 2011 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Fastback Coupe was Carroll Shelby’s personal vehicle, Prototype #3P, which he put into production. The title and Shelby registration are still in his name. The vehicle was ordered by Tasca Ford and certified for sale in California per the issued title. This automobile was utilized for all of the internet advertising in addition to the YouTube videos for the 2011 GT350. The Shelby has a 624 horsepower, supercharged V-8 engine and a six-speed manual transmission. It was on display at many national car shows, including the New York and Chicago Auto Shows for advertising of the production of this model. The power allows the car to accelerate from 0-60 in 3.7 seconds and has a unique Shelby/Borla exhaust system.

Mr. Shelby put this awesome vehicle up for raffle for his children charity where it brought a six-figure sum to benefit the Carroll Shelby Children’s Foundation. The Shelby also participated in the celebration of Shelby American’s 50th anniversary that included a cruise from Carroll Shelby’s office in Gardena, California to the Las Vegas, Nevada headquarters. The car sports the vinyl graphics from this run, where it was issued number 103.

The car is considered by many to be worthy of a museum piece. It is one of approximately 180 produced, is in “mint condition” with less than 4,000 miles, and never altered.
