Of only 614 produced, this is an outstanding example of one of the most sought after Corvette models; the L-89 code 427-cid/435-hp V-8 engine Stingray equipped with aluminum heads, tri-power carburetion and a transistor ignition. This is a correct, solid Florida car that has undergone a no expense spared rotisserie restoration with only 1,000 miles on the engine since completion.

This is reported to be a unique early production model being #741. It is a “real” Rally Red example with black interior and a black convertible top. This L-89 has all the books, records and brochures, along with all of the National Corvette Restorers Society (NCRS) official documents and photos of the casting numbers on each component. The Corvette carries its proper trim and VIN tags and many N.O.S. or original parts were utilized in the restoration of this amazing 1968 Chevrolet Corvette L-89 Roadster.
