Glenn Pray's 8/10th scale art-deco interpretation overcame the many obstacles in his quest to return the Cord to market. it is front-wheel drive, rare turbocharged, "Corsa" six-cylinder, horizontally opposed, 164 cubic-inch engine w/180 horsepower and makes it a light-weigh "Sportsman" convertible. Body of a variant of ABS plastic called Royalex, many of the interior fixtures, such as the instrument panel are original Cord pieces from The Auburn Automobile Co. The very Cord 8/10- you see before you is prototype #5, which was once owned by United States Rubber Co. Now you have the chance to own a great example of the continuing legacy of the Cord automobile.
