This Master 85 Coach slant-back was purchased in 1975 by the owner’s late husband; his restoration of the Chevrolet was completed in 1997. The car has always been covered when not in use, nor has it been driven in the rain after restoration. Chevrolet produced 190,622 examples of this mechanical platform, but only 1,404 were built with this body in the Master 85 series. The car is powered by a 216-cid, 85-hp inline six-cylinder engine with a three-speed manual transmission that is floor-mounted. The black finish is nicely complemented by a light tan cloth interior; optional features include a cabin heater and the rear-mounted spare tire with hard cover.
