Exquisitely detailed model of an Offenhauser-powered, 'lay down' Indianapolis roadster. The model was built by Virgil Exner's Design Studio at Chrysler Corp. It features a complete detailed interior, engine compartment and removable hood. It comes with a custom leather and steel carrying case with a simulated 'brickyard' base. "V.M Exner" is written on the outside of the case and a Chrysler design studio identity placard is on the inside of the hood.
