The F399 was introduced by Ferrari in 1999 as an evolution of the previous year’s F300. Though an accident at the British Grand Prix would sideline Michael Schumacher for much of the season, also ending his championship hopes, his back-to-back victories at San Marino and Monaco would propel Ferrari to their first Constructors’ Championship since 1983.
This very impressive 1:5 scale model was licensed by Ferrari and produced by Bell Sports Models. The model is no. 102 of a limited edition of 199 produced and is an exceptional piece of Ferrari Formula 1 memorabilia.
