This was the final year for the Model One-Twenty, though it continued to be a sales leader for Packard. The most notable change from 1940 was the integration of the headlights fully into the front fenders. The convertible coupe on offer has had a mechanical restoration that was completed in 2005. Paint, chrome and interior received similar attention in 2008. Factory options seen on this car include dual sidemount spare tires, radio, clock and spotlights. The clock and radio have also been refurbished. Kelsey-Hayes chrome wire wheels complete the period look. The car has shown at events attaining first place, including a Vero Beach, Florida AACA event.
